Beautiful and completely natural, these raw Ethiopian Opal chips have that lovely "fire" that precious Opal is known for. This necklace is sweet, dainty, and perfect for layering! The body color of the opal ranges from transparent, translucent, or opaque beige/white, with flash colors ranging from green, orange, red, or blue. 😍

💎 Size:
— Opal chips are approx. 4-6mm in size (tiny). As with all natural materials, color/size may vary slightly. These are in rough form, so may contain inclusions and imperfections, which is part of the beauty and charm of wearing natural gemstone straight from the earth!
— Beaded section is approx. 1 inch. ***If you would like a bigger portion of Opals, shoot me a message for pricing!
💎 Length: choose from available options, or message me if you’d like something different!
💎 Material: your choice of bright Sterling Silver or 14k Gold Fill.

‼️‼️ Precious Opal (opals that have "fire," vs. Common Opal which is opaque) is a particularly delicate gemstone in that it is porous and will absorb chemicals, perfumes, make-up, oils, etc., so it requires more care. Once it absorbs these substances, it can lose it’s "fire" and darken in color. Remove before showering, swimming, exercise, sleep, and avoid exposure to sudden temperature changes. Opal is a luxury item, and should be treated as such. I recommend doing a quick google search on how to care for opals if you’d like to learn more! 😊
